My story
Pleased to meet you – Maarten Sinnecker. I have been fascinated by the digital world since the early days – long before the tech giants and AI took over the playing field. Over all those years, I have learned to separate real, sustainable value from the latest hype – not least by making my fair share of mistakes... This journey has led to Online Natives, with which I help companies embrace digital transformation in a sustainable way.
My vision? Digital success isn't created by magic. It's about smartly bringing together marketing, data, customer experience, and—above all—human connection. Read more about what I do.
What I do
I have gained over 20 years of experience in various (freelance) roles - from (digital) Marketing manager to Product owner and E-commerce manager. Thanks to companies such as ABN AMRO, Philips, Achmea, Essent, American Express, Booking.com and Triodos Bank I have built up up to date knowledge of multiple disciplines. I develop impactful marketing strategies and translate them into campaigns, with in-depth expertise in paid, owned and earned channels
Digital product / CX
I deliver customer driven digital customer journeys and capabilities to enhance (digital) customer experience. Either via CX tracks or as PO for a delivery team.
Team management
As a manager, I strengthen the (digital) maturity of teams and, as a certified coach, I guide employees in their personal growth.
Bridging digital & sustainability
With an extra dose of pleasure, I have contributed to projects that bridge the gap between digital innovation and sustainability. For example, as Digital Lead at a green bank, I focused on impact communication. In addition, I have worked on integrating sustainability into customer journeys at various financial institutions.
